Member Form Application

New Members are required to apply with a fee. This allows for more serious applications, as the fee signals a serious intention of riding.

This also allows the Krewe to keep all Member Information private, as all information about Dues, Statuses, Throws, and Policies is all restricted to Members Only areas.

New Member Automation & Workflows

Krewe Connect gives Krewes the ability to review new member applications before accepting, or automatically accepting into the organization to minimize clerical work for Krewe leadership.

Welcome Email Automated Workflow

When a New Member application is accepted, the New Member receives a Welcome Email, which provides a warm first interaction with the Krewe to establish a strong report with New Members right off the bat.

These Welcome Emails contain basic information on next steps towards securing a spot on a float within the Krewe, and where to find Member Information.

New Rider Dues Reminders

Regularly scheduled Dues Reminder emails with ample time to remind New Members of Dues Payment deadlines and incentives for paying early and in full.

These emails encourage new riders to commit to riding, and with some incentives to spend in the store, or via discounted dues payments for paying early, drive early adoption, leading to New Member Growth after initial signups.
